Summary:
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Income Audit - Credit Supervisor will act as a supervisor in the Accounting department to verify income received by the property and oversee Accounts Receivable, including supervising the Accounts Receivable staff when applicable.

Essential Functions:
Review the night audit revenue reports to verify their accuracy.
Assist in the reconciliation of asset/liability accounts that are driven by the night audit entries and any balance sheet accounts that are directly offset by invoices.
Assist managers with questions they have with revenues in their area.
Responsible for Daily Income Report.
Supervise group, contract and convention billing.
Oversee group and guest disputed items.
Understand and manage Group postings.
Ensure timely collection of all Accounts Receivables.
Maintain contracts and billing for all wholesale accounts.
Maintain and make corrections for City Ledger and Guest Ledger accounts.
Responsible for Advanced Deposit billings and Advanced Deposit ledger.
Reconcile various General Ledger accounts as are assigned by DOF.
Evaluate credit worthiness/establish credit and recommend on direct billing approval.
Evaluate and handle and resolve credit card disputes and chargebacks.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to any reasonable task assigned by Director of Finance.
Assist in other departments as needed.
