JOB SUMMARY The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the President and corporate management team.
Greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Greets and welcomes office visitors and clients.
Coordinates and facilitates support tasks to assist President and Corporate Leadership with errands or other items that would create maximum efficiency.
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assists CCC staff with their assigned duties, particularly when clerical tasks are required.
Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for the President and senior management.
Oversees mail and package distribution.
Provides coordination and oversight for office vendor services including computers, phones, security, and cleaning.
Maintains conference room(s) calendar/ schedule and facilitates meeting organization and set-up.
Maintains office supplies and inventory.
Serves as liaison with building owner for maintenance, safety, security, and other property-related needs.
Provides oversight for the office waste/recycling management program.
Orders and maintains breakroom supplies.
Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience preferred REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong client support and problem solving.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sitting, standing, walking; lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
