Summary:
The Massage/body/hydrotherapy Technician will perform massage, body and hydrotherapy treatments, and provide personal attention to each guest.

Scope of Job:
Position is responsible for providing all types of massage and body treatments offered at the Spa.
All treatments must be done in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Must recommend and sell retail home care products.
A positive attitude is required.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide courteous guest service to all guests.
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
Must be able to work with others and a as a team.
The ability to perform all types of massage and body treatments offered at the Spa.
Must recommend and sell products available in spa retail boutique.
Knowledge of other services offered at the Spa.
Knowledge of all Spa Attendant duties.
Responsible for the direct supervision of n/a.
Marginal Job Functions:
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
Participate and attend all education classes and staff meetings.
Education/Experience Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Massage Therapist License National Certification.
One to two years experience in a hotel or resort spa.
Education/Experience Preferred:
Fast paced environment.
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer skills.
Must be able to work in a close knit environment with constant co-work involvement.
Lifting or Physical RequirementsAble to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to assist guests on and off massage tables.
Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift.
